What to do if you are worried

Tell your parents or a relative. Ask friends you trust for advice Talk to professionals like a Teacher, College Tutor, Youth Worker, Doctor or Nurse.
Get medical help, especially if you have been hurt, are drinking too much, taking drugs or forced to have sex.

Have some space for yourself and give yourself a break from dating, spend time with family and friends.

Keep yourself safe and plan what you will do if the abuser becomes dangerous, like always having a mobile phone with you and not drinking too much when you are out. If you really fear for your safety talk to the Police, they have special Domestic Violence Units.
